This dreamy magical mushroom painting was inspired by a long walk in the woods near my home. On this damp autumn day, I had walked to my usual spot where I would sit to soak up the sun and meditate, when I noticed a variety of mushrooms growing on a fallen tree near the water’s edge. Even though the mushrooms I observed were not the ones in this painting, they still inspired the creation of this piece.
